You gotta take deloads, unless you’re on drugs lifters shouldn’t be training for strength with heavy weights for 3 months in a row without atleast one deload week in between. Gives time for the tendons and ligaments to recover fully and fatigue to get back under control. You’ll make progress faster doing that too.
