😮‍💨 263 Cal Chicken Caesar Salad Chalupas 📍 My high protein chalupa series has been super viral and I think I might’ve the best one yet! ✅ Macros for each Chalupa: 263 Cals, 15g Carbs, 8g Fat, 36g Protein ✅ Macros (32g) Caesar Dressing: 29 Cals, 0.5g Carbs, 1.75g Fat, 3g Protein ✳️ 29 Cal Caesar Dressing:  227g Plain Non Fat Greek yogurt Juice from ½ Fresh Lemon 14g Olive Oil 30g Worcestershire sauce 10g Dijon Mustard 24g Grated parmesan cheese 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt Water to desired consistency ✳️ Caesar Salad: 300g Romaine 1/6th Batch Caesar Dressing ✳️ Ingredients for Chicken Caesar Dip: 16oz Chicken Breast 1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Black Pepper ½ tsp Paprika ½ tsp Dried Parsley 1/6th Batch Caesar Dressing ✳️ Ingredients for 1 Chalupa: 1 Josephs Pita 4g Parmesan 12g Part Skim Mozzarella 1/4th Batch of Chicken Caesar Dip Cooking Spray (added 1g fat to macro per chalupa) ❇️ Directions: 1️⃣ Take your chicken breast and pat dry with a paper towel. Then flatten. I just use my fist lol. 2️⃣ Then season both sides with seasoning mix recipe above. Air fry on 400 degrees F for 9-10 minutes. 3️⃣ While that’s cooking, make your caesar dressing by adding all your ingredients into a bowl and mixing. 4️⃣ Now chop up your chicken breast once done and add to a bowl. Combine with the buffalo caesar dressing 1/6th caesar dressing. 5️⃣ Chop up 300g romaine and add 1/6th caesar dressing to it. Can add more but we don’t want the romaine to be soggy. 6️⃣ Now put together your chalupas. Lay one pita down then add to on side 6g mozzarella, 2g parmesan, 1/4th of your chicken caesar dip, 2g parmesan, 6g mozzarella. 7️⃣ Fold your chalupa tightly. Spray both sides with cooking spray and add to air fryer on 400 degrees F for 4 minutes. I added some ramekins on top of each one to make sure they stayed closed while in the air fryer. 8️⃣ Once done, open them up, add your caesar salad and enjoy! #caesarsalad #chalupa #airfryer #highproteinmeals#mealprep
