Chronically ill people will always keep up to date and know what the terminology is. Blood work especially, since a lot of it will come back as "normal" even if you're actively in pain or suffering

I’ve been speaking in medical terminology for years (work in pharma) and my starter husband was a GI doc, so I learned an abundance! Would def throw the medical staff for a loop when questioning my CBC panel and pharmacology based questions😂
