People have a hard time accepting that some life paths don’t lead to pretty happily ever afters 🤣 I loved how messy everyone was allowed to be, and that issa and lawrence came to understand that about themselves and each other to make it work.

it gave settlinggggg😭😭😭i feel like the most satisfying would’ve been her ending up by herself and having a season of singleness! that would’ve been such a good growth moment as a viewer for her to truly choose herself, and a good lesson that relationships aren’t life. it’s okay to be alone. i love hearing different perspective on this because it’s all so different but no one is wrong or right which is what’s so cool about insecure
