The kitchen player feeds balls around the lower body area. The goal? Reset that ball right over the net—landing just in front of the feeder. Bonus tip: The player at the net can take balls out of the air on the volley. This makes your target zone tiny—forcing precision, touch, and control. When you go back into real games, the kitchen suddenly feels HUGE! Keep your strokes short, bend your elbow slightly, and stay low with those knees bent. That athletic position = more balance, more control, and better resets.
