One time I told a customer that i could only provide the information and that i couldn’t make them understand it. Also one time we didn’t stock what they wanted and they threatened to go to a competitor so I asked if there was anything else and they said ‘seriously? You’re not going to help me?’ so I asked if they needed a link to the competitors site.
