@alicias.kitchen: Part 1 of “A Very Easy Aeroplane Christmas” 🎄 Frozen custard and jelly layers, dipped in chocolate and sprinkles. These are pure Christmas fun on a stick! Makes: 12 Ingredients 85g packet Aeroplane Raspberry Jelly 85g packet Aeroplane Lime Jelly 800g vanilla custard (store-bought) Red and green food colouring (optional) 100g dark or milk chocolate, melted Christmas sprinkles, to decorate Method 1. In two medium sized bowls make up both packets of Aeroplane Jelly with 250ml boiling water each. Set aside to cool to room temperature. 2. Divide the custard evenly into two bowls. Colour one red and one green, if using. 3. Spoon the coloured custard between two 6 hole ice cream moulds, filling each about two-thirds full. Place in the freezer while the jelly cools (about 30 minutes). 4. Once the jelly has cooled, carefully spoon it over the custard layer. Add sticks and freeze for 6 hours or until completely frozen. 5. Once frozen, remove from the moulds and dip into the melted chocolate, then quickly decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate sets. 6. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Enjoy ♡ Tips: - If you only have one set of moulds, make half the quantity or freeze one flavour at a time, allowing about 6 hours to fully set before unmoulding. Overnight is ideal. If making multiple batches with one mould you will need extra sticks, you can buy wooden icey pole sticks or I used disposable spoons and cut the handles off to the required length. - the easiest way, I find, to get them out of the moulds is to slide a butter knife (not a sharp knife) down each side and then push from the bottom and they should just pop out. You can run it under warm water but I find by the time they release they are starting to melt. - work quickly with the sprinkles as the chocolate will set quick being added to something frozen. #VeryEasyChristmas #SweetenTheSeason #AeroplaneJelly #EasyChristmasDessert #ad @Aeroplane Jelly
