it’s actually not just mychart, it’s certain hospital systems that use mychart systems. if you weren’t a patient at the specific hospitals that released the info you won’t get paid

MyChart isn’t a company. It is a product of Epic Systems. So is Epic Systems being sued or is the hospital that utilizes Epic for selling information? If it is Epic - this wouldn’t be so small since more than 50% health systems utilize Epic. So maybe get all the facts before reporting.
