Thank you China for extending your help to the Philippines. Just one request, please do not give it to the any govt agencies, they are all corrupt. Many Filipinos were killed during typhoon because the govt (esp. Dept of Public Works & Highways & Congress) stole the funds that should have been used for flood control projects.
