Easy Matcha Panna Cotta 🍵🥛 no stove needed, only microwave. And I made these just under 4 hours! I could have refrigerate longer to let the matcha top set, but I couldn’t resist myself trying it out 🌝🤍 2 pcs gelatine sheets 150ml milk of choice 150ml heavy cream 40g sugar 1tsp vanilla extract (i forgot to put it in 😂) 8g matcha 1. Soak gelatine sheets piece by piece in cold water and set aside for 5-10 minutes. (Avoid soaking all sheets at once, it will stick together and some parts wont absorb enough water!) 2. Heat milk in microwave for 1 minute or until hot to touch. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. 3. Add soaked gelatine and stir until dissolved, followed by heavy cream, vanilla extract, and stir until combined. 4. Pour in glass jar or ramekins and refrigerate until set. You can also put them in freezer for 30 minutes to speed them up. 5. Sift matcha powder and add 1/3 of cream mixture, whisk until smooth. Add the remaining cream and mix until combined. 6. Pour the matcha cream on top of the panna cotta. Refrigerate until set.
