I have similar experiences! I wouldn’t go into a store without my mom because I was convinced I would be kidnapped… I was 18 before I started going into a store alone.

I too had an airplane one! Mine was from watching a plane crash on TV so I thought every single plane that flew over was going to crash into the house and I would scream in terror and hide under anything i could for several years.

I used to hold my breath any time I heard a noise outside my bedroom window because I was convinced it was kidnappers looking for alive people to take😅😂 I also was ALWAYS convinced ppl were going to drive into a deep ditch( think mountain sides but I lived in the middle of flat farm feilds) so I would have to call every single person I knew was driving somewhere to makesure they made it home and weren't dead in a ditch, if i heard sirens after my mom would leave to go to the store, work ect i was pretty much planning her funeral i was sure it was her. 😬😅
