Okay, here are my thoughts: in the other video I didn’t use a satin scarf, that’s why it didn’t slip. I never make anything tight; in fact, satin/silk is beautiful but notoriously slippery because of its smooth fibers, so making it tighter doesn’t really solve the problem it just makes it uncomfortable and still slides. I’d recommend trying a cotton scarf or something with more texture and grip, those fabrics naturally have more friction and stay put more easily. If you really want to use the satin one, try covering a larger area so it lays nicely over the whole head. The name of the game is grip, not tightness! Adding texture to the hair (like teasing it a little or adding some product) helps create “anchors” so the scarf can hold better and longer.
