@brittanylhamilton: One year ago today we said I Do on the steps of the courthouse with the most important people in our lives with Charlie and Hazel in our arms. Although it was not how we intended on tying the knot it was easily the best decision I ever made. This last year has been one of the most challenging grieving the loss of Charlie however you were there for me through every step. You make life so much better with you in it and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life making memories with you🤍 thank you for being my absolute favorite person in the world and my best friend, I love you! @Sean Hamilton
