The shop blends authentic Venezuelan flavors with European-style craftsmanship — and you can taste it in every bite. My favorites: • Pan de Jamón — golden, rolled, savory-sweet, and packed with ham + olives • Golfeado — soft, sticky, made with papelón, topped with a mountain of shredded cheese • Quesillo de Guayaba — buttery, flaky, and filled with rich guava And don’t sleep on their pizza… easily one of the best in Katy. Wood-fired, sourdough base, perfect char, and loaded with high-quality toppings.
