😳 Canvassing the comments😏 Every citizen has a civic & constitutional duty to audit their government. That means taking personal responsibility for reviewing how laws, budgets, & policies are made, implemented, & enforced. Civic duty isn’t fulfilled by voting alone. It requires constant oversight. Go to your state & local government websites to read every bill, ordinance, & budget proposal as they appear. Attend or log into public council meetings. Take notes, identify potential harm, & document patterns of misuse or neglect. Submit written comments during public review periods. Request repeals of harmful legislation. File FOIA requests to track spending, contracts, & enforcement. When your rights are violated, file a formal grievance or lawsuit. Every action should be documented & shared publicly so others can verify & participate. The power of litigation belongs to the public, not just to politicians & lobbyists. Rights only exist when they’re actively defended, not when they’re assumed. The solution isn’t outrage or violence.
