I did home study and one at a facility. And I will tell you the one at a facility is 100 times worse 😅

I did them in a small house i couldnt sleep but they said my feet moved over 900 times, oxygen went down to 90 it was crazy

Omg!!! Yes!! It is TERRIBLE. I’ve had to do it both ways….. I toss and turn a lot and the at home one got wrapped around my neck😅

At least you get to be at home. I had to be in a hospital and I had to stay all night and the next day. I guess they weren't just testing for Apnea when I had mine done turned out I had narcolepsy
