Let them rest for 15 minutes while you preheat your waffle iron. Cook waffles •Heat waffle iron to medium-high. •Place one piece of dough in the center and cook until golden brown and caramelized (3–5 minutes, depending on your iron). Be careful: the sugar will caramelize and can get very hot! •Serve Best served warm, plain or with whipped cream, Nutella, fruit, or ice cream. ✨ Tips: •Belgian pearl sugar is key — it gives the crunchy caramel pockets.
