I'm 6 months into 2 rotator cuff tendon repair and the long head of the bicep tendon relocation, was up to 10 pull ups before, now not allowed a pull-up until the 12 month period but was just released to just hang with full body weight, just no pulling up, will these tendons ever return to 100 percent?
