Ingredients: • 1.5 lbs ribeye, thin sliced • 1 onion, diced • 1 green bell pepper (optional) • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced • 8 slices provolone • 8 slices Texas toast or sourdough • 4 tbsp butter • 1 tbsp oil • Salt, pepper, garlic powder • Optional: hot mayo, hot sauce Steps: 1️⃣ Freeze ribeye 30 min, slice thin. Season w/ salt, pepper, garlic powder. 2️⃣ Sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms in 1 tbsp oil, 8–10 min, push aside. 3️⃣ Cook steak 2–3 min, chop, mix w/ veggies. 4️⃣ Add provolone on top, melt, fold together. 5️⃣ Butter bread outsides.
