Lahanaları haşla. Kalın kısımlarını ayırıp ister turşu, ister soslayıp tüket. 2. Tüm iç harç malzemelerini karıştır. 3. Haşladığın lahana yaprağını kasenin içine koy, içine iç harçtan koy, kapat ve ters çevir. 4. Hepsini tavaya veya tepsiye diz ve suyla karıştırdığın sosu üzerine dök. 7. Üzerini kapat ve 250°C fırında kızarana kadar pişir. Afiyet olsun! ✨⬇️ English Ingredients For the Filling: • 250 g ground beef • 2 onions • 100g rice - I pre-boiled it • 1 teaspoon dried mint • 1 tablespoon tomato paste • 1 tablespoon pepper paste • Paprika, black pepper, chili flakes • Salt • 50ml olive oil For the Sauce: • 1 tablespoon mixed tomato–pepper paste • 1 cup water • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses • Salt, dried mint Instructions 1. Boil the cabbage leaves. Separate the thick parts — you can use them for pickles or season and eat them as is. 2. Mix all the filling ingredients together. 3. Place a boiled cabbage leaf inside a bowl, add some filling into the center, close it up, and flip it over. 4. Arrange all portions in a pan or baking tray and pour the sauce (mixed with water) over them. 5. Cover the top and bake at 250°C until golden. Enjoy! ✨ #cabbage #busezeynep #dolma

looks deliciois. I personally cook the golumpki filling (cook rice and meat separately) before stuffing the cabbage. then place the cabbage rolls in a casserole dish (with sauce) and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350F. It leaves more sauce which i really enjoy. Thank you for sharing. God bless you in all aspects of life. Jesus loves you.
