Buffy definitely deserved better, if I was in “Empty Places” I would defend Buffy and put everyone in their place not in a physical way but a verbal way and say some things that would get bleeped or cut by the network censors

I have like this small theory that they had some kind of convo before that “meeting” because Dawn makes comment of worry about it being the right thing/guilty about it to Giles but he doubles down with her - it’s such a small moment but it feels horrible to see what appears to be a parental figure convincing one child that kicking out the other was the right thing to do 😫

Took the words out of my mouth! 🙌 but we can’t let Dawn or Giles off the hook either. Buffy litterally died for dawn and she threw her out of her own house. Giles was also living there rent free after abandoning her because she needed someone to lean on. Then betrayed her by trying to K*ll spike behind her back

I’ve been told this is an unpopular opinion but I would have been okay with BTVS ending at Season 5…there are episodes from 6 and 7 I love (and Dark Willow is one of my favorite crash outs EVER) but our girl deserved so much better 😭.
