🍮 Çikolata Soslu Yalancı Tavuk Göğsü | Chocolate-Covered Faux Tavuk Göğsü (Turkish Milk Pudding) English ⬇️ Muhallebisi için: • 1 su bardağı un • 1 su bardağı toz şeker • 1 litre süt • 125 gram tereyağı Üzeri için: • 1 paket sıvı krema (200 ml veya 140 gr’lık küçük paket) • 140 gram bitter ya da sütlü çikolata ⸻ Tencereye tereyağını al, eritin. Üzerine unu ekleyip kokusu çıkana kadar kavur (rengi hafif değişebilir). Şekeri ekleyip karıştır. Ardından azar azar sütü dökerek topaklanmadan karıştır. Muhallebi kıvam alana kadar kısık ateşte sürekli karıştırarak pişir. Göz göz olup koyulaşınca altını kapat. Mikserle 3–5 dakika çırp (daha pürüzsüz ve sakız gibi olur). Karışımı su ile ıslattığın borcam veya servis tepsisine dök, soğumaya bırak. •Çikolata sosu için; Küçük bir tencereye kremayı koy, kaynamadan hemen önce altını kapat. İçine çikolatayı kırarak ekle, karıştırarak erimesini sağla. Soğuyan muhallebinin üzerine eşit şekilde dök. Oda sıcaklığına geldikten sonra buzdolabında en az 3–4 saat, tercihen 1 gece dinlendir. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, until it smells nutty and changes color slightly. Stir in the sugar. Gradually add the milk while whisking continuously to prevent lumps. Cook over low heat, stirring nonstop, until the mixture thickens. Once it bubbles and reaches a custard-like consistency, remove from heat. Whip with a mixer for 3–5 minutes to make it smoother and more elastic. Pour the mixture into a glass dish or tray that you’ve rinsed with water beforehand (this helps it release later). Let it cool. Chocolate Sauce: In a small saucepan, heat the cream — just until it’s about to boil — then turn off the heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until it melts completely. Pour the chocolate sauce evenly over the cooled pudding. Let it come to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, preferably overnight.
