I may be wrong but I think she has a reasonable chance of acquittal. If she had recorded the guy without his knowledge then yes she's guilty but did he open the door to allow her to see him? If yes, then he invited her.

the thing is that even if the guy did it on purpose all she had to do was drop off at door (as instructed) and run tf outta there .. she should've also reported the customer to door dash... and that's it.
