Yes girl I totally understand! I did therapy in my car for years because we lived in a multigenerational house that echoed whispers clear from one side of the house to the other. And on top of not wanting to retraumatize everyone, I didn't need my prying family injecting their $.02 in the most vulnerable parts of life that are exposed during therapy. Car talks make 100% sense and are comforting now!
