I wish I still had the email, but I don't so I'm paraphrasing. But my account got hacked once. they didn't get much because I'm a broke bitch, but they gifted themselves some games from my wallet. steam support got back to me the next day with roughly the following "Your account has been refunded, the individual should pose no further concern. Have a good day."
