@pennypurrl: Trying not to let the anxiety take over - she’s sleeping peacefully after a lot of playing 😴 #kitten #rescuecat #catdistributionsystem #cat #catsoftiktok
PLEASE PLEASE get another cat - if you can - it is a myth that cats are not social animals - they thrive better with a companion

Purchase a stainless steel litter box!!! Smells less crazy then plastic and so much easier to clean. Never consider automatic litters 😔😔 so many kitties have died from them

Never feed dry food. Best bet is weruva. Start her on Kidney Gold once a week! My baby lived to 21 and would have gone longer if it wasn’t for an issue we thing he got at birth. Looked 5 still.

It’ll probably take your kitty a while to feel comfortable as they get used to their new home/ routine so don’t get discouraged if they’re not as social with you at first! Establishing a set routine where you feed and play with them will help them feel secure and adjust at a better flow.

Kittens shouldn’t be solo and your life will be easier with a second one. Make sure you manhandle tf outta her so she’s good for vets/nail trimming/bathing/brushing fur and teeth

Kittens do better in pairs. 🥺❤ Sweet baby and clearly loved. That is most important.

immediately get another cat!!!! Look up single kitten syndrome. I foster and have so many cats through every year - when a solo one gets found as a stray I cringe. 😂 You will thank yourself later.

Absolutely DO NOT give her any space or personal boundaries. Might sound gross but touch her tummy, between her toes, nails, ears, teeth - de sensitize her to every touch but only yours - grooming, vet visits will get easier and more comfortable for her and you 🥰

Start doing regular nail clipping, brushing and teeth brushing while little so it’s routine when they are older.

Switch off dry food. Raw and or canned is best. You can confirm this on ChatGPT. Also it makes theirs poops smaller and less stinky and less likely to stick to their fur. They will be healthier and live longer too. I love my ragdoll congratulations on your sweet baby 🥰

She looks very relaxed so youre already doing a great job. Once she's adjusted to her new environment start getting her used to having her paws touched. Press on the pad of her paw gently and the claws will come out and pretend to trim her nails a few days per week. I trim my cats nails every other week and had them since kittens so they're chill with it. You could do the same with teeth brushing and the ears. Something I wish I did when mine were kittens was picking them up more often and getting them comfortable with that (it'll help for vet visits).
