I’ve lost 5 stone up to now gone from a size 26/28 and down to a size 18 still got 3 stone to lose but taking my time and still on 2.5 x

How much sid you lose? I’ve been on it a year since last December and lost 3 stone. I stopped losing weight tried wegovy and I’ve gained 7lbs going to have a wash out and start mj again. I’ve got another stone to lose yet 😅. You look amazing 🤩

I've lost 3 and half stone on my own just k owing what to eat anyone can do it u need know what to eat smaller dinners cut all bread pasta fizz crisps etc out I can't take injections cos had gallbladder out only took me 10 weeks xx

5ft 4 here - was size 20 and thanks to the jabby jab I’m now down to size 12 🎉 been off it 3months now and only put back on half a stone….all down to making better choices. It def ain’t a long term solution but no way in hell am I going back up to that weight again!!!

I’ve been on my own one now for 2 1/2 months I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made. I’m mainly 50 lbs down and I can say it’s changed my whole eating habits completely

I’ve also been able to make better choices since I’ve been off the jab 4 months now. I also learned how my portions need to stay small if I expect to also stay small. We really eat way too much these days!
