And if you have, we’ll both of y’all need to this recipe. * 1 cup buttermilk * 1 egg * 2 cups all-purpose flour * salt and pepper * 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper * 1 tablespoon garlic powder * 2 tablespoons onion powder * 2 tablespoons paprika * 2 cups pickle chips or 8-10 spears * vegetable oil for deep-frying Instructions * Make the sauce * Prepare your pickles: Lay pickles out on a paper towel and let them dry really good. Beat buttermilk milk and egg in a bowl. Then combine flour, and seasonsings in a separate bowl and pour into the bottom of your Better Breader * dunk all of your pickles into the milk mixture, scoop out with a slotted spoon (let the excess mixture drip off) then place in your Better Breader, cover and shake vigorously. Dip Back in the milk and then the Better Breader again and shake. * Fry your pickles in oil that around 350 degrees for about 2-4 minutes * Take out and drain on paper towel For the Sauce 😄 * 1/2 cup mayonnaise * 2 tablespoons ketchup * 2 ½ tablespoons horseradish (little less) * ¼ teaspoon paprika * ¼ teaspoon salt * ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder * ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano * 1 dash ground black pepper * 1 dash cayenne pepper Instructions * Combine all ingredients and mix. Cover up and put in your fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
