I don’t know how long it will be this price for so RUN to grab a copy through my bio 💕 Ingredients (serves 2): 2 x 100g chicken breasts  1 and ½ tsp bbq seasoning  Tsp smoked paprika  30g cornflakes crushed Egg whisked  40g lighter mayo   2 tsp hot sauce 2 streaky bacon rashers  40g bbq sauce 2 half fat cheddar slices 2 brioche buns  2 handfuls of shredded lettuce Tsp crispy onions 💕Start by seasoning the chicken breasts all over with the bbq seasoning and smoked paprika.  💕Use the remaining ½ tsp bbq seasoning to mix into the crushed cornflakes.  💕Dip each chicken breast into the egg, shaking off any excess before dipping into the cornflakes. Push in to adhere before air frying for 17 minutes at 185 degrees celsius, turning part way through. Alternatively, bake for 20-22 minutes at the same temperature.  💕In a bowl, mix together the mayo and hot sauce until well combined.  💕Cook the bacon according to packet instructions.  💕When there is 2 minutes remaining on the chicken, brush over the bbq sauce before topping with the cheese slices. Note - I blast my bbq sauce in the microwave for 15 seconds to make it easier to brush!  💕Whilst the cheese melts, lightly toast the brioche buns.  💕Top the bottom bun with the chicken, along with the cooked bacon.  💕Add half of the sauce on top, followed by the shredded lettuce. 💕Use the remaining sauce on the remaining bun to top.
