I had 8 months to lose all my belly fat. I started at 220. Ended up at 140 I finally gained that confidence. Face fat gone. Shirt finally off without feeling like I had to hide. Here’s exactly what I did and what most people still get wrong: 💥 1. I stopped “eating clean” and actually learned how fat loss works. You can eat all the grilled chicken and broccoli you want if you’re not in a calorie deficit, you’re not losing fat. I was eating “healthy” but eating too much. Once I started tracking properly, the fat actually came off. 💥 2. I lifted weights consistently not just doing cardio. Muscle is what gives your body shape. Without it, I would’ve just looked deflated. I trained 3–5x a week. Nothing crazy, just consistent. 💥 3. I walked. A LOT. No, I didn’t have time to do 2 workouts a day. But I did have time to walk. 10k+ steps daily. Walking kept my appetite down and burned a ton without wrecking my recovery. Literally a cheat code. 💥 4. I didn’t chase motivation I made structure. Motivation only gets you so far. Systems are what will bring you to ur goal. I built habits. I planned my food. I trained even when I didn’t feel like it. I didn’t wait to “feel ready” I moved anyway. 💥 5. I stopped thinking the scale was broken. When weight stalled, I didn’t panic adjusted. Dropped calories. Moved more. Slept better. Fat loss isn’t linear. You stall. You plateau. But you keep going. That’s where most people quit I didn’t. 💥 6. I tracked my progress even when I hated how I looked. Progress videos > mirror selfies. Why? Because when you’re down bad and ready to quit, watching your week 1 clips will remind you that it’s working. That YOU are changing. And that the pain is worth it. I didn’t have perfect genetics. I just had a mirror I hated, and a decision to finally do something about it. DM me “abs” on instagram (@karch_michael) and I’ll send you the full blueprint I followed.
