I am so scared of getting COVID when I go to the ED for fluids. It can hang in the air for hours. I wonder if they do anything to clean/filter the air after a COVID positive patient is discharged. I hope you feel better soon!

Yesss especially for my migraine busters. By the time I go in for them I’m dehydrated, and they won’t let me go without a full bag of fluids due to POTS.

Last time I went they literally waited until I had been in my room over 2 hours. I ended up leaving before all of my fluids were administered. I was done!!! Btw, I waited approximately 5 hours in the waiting room to be seen. 😩
