I just got a colostomy due to severe constipation. I had intestinal obstruction symptoms right around my ostomy after 4 days after surgery with no output (severe pain that worsened each time my intestines pushed - literally the worst pain I have ever felt in my life, intestinal distention and hardening around my ostomy, severe nausea, etc. after 8 hours I finally had a blow-out of over 1,000.L of stool all at once - best feeling ever
