@hannahncalloway: the newest exhibit at the NC Arboretum is Trolls: A Field Study by Danish Thomas Dambo, who is well known for these interactive troll sculptures that are all installed all over the world!! The trolls are all crafted out of recylced wood and celebrate the collaboration of art, nature, and storytelling. If you like these trolls you have to check out the trolls at Eno River Farm in Hillsborough, NC. A new one was installed just a couple of months ago. The Juniper Troll has a cute short story that you can read on the farm's blog. While visiting be sure to grab yourself a scoop or two of their homemade ice cream.
