Whew ! Where im from the midwife does the initial assemble my whilst the nursing assistant take the personal information, if by chance she’s close to delivery we stop ✋ with all questioning and head to the labour room 😭after the birth of baby and newborn assessment is done , we resume the mother’s details and information form 😭u don’t sit taking information without out mom being assessed, tf 🙄
