You basically have a huge period for at least six weeks after given birth whether you give birth naturally or virus section and then if you breastfeed you don’t always get a period for a long time but obviously if you don’t then your period comes back not long after that, it’s kind of brutal, but yeah, you’ll need those adult nappies x

You won’t be needing the nappies. Buy a couple of boxes of disposable pants and get lots of huge pads.

the adult nappies are so good for after birth you bleed so much in the first few days I used them for 3 days then went on to maternity pads

You really don't need them massive pads for that long after you give birth .. a few days of nappies is okay 😂 not for the whole time

Nappies are way more comfortable then the big pads🤣 I’ve had 4 kids and the heavy bleeding only lasts about a week for me and then it’s light bleeding for up to 6 weeks

I had a C-section and I actually found the hospital nappy they gave me to be SO comfy! It was super stretchy and supportive
