Definitely need to work on that takeoff. Try weighted box drills. They do absolute wonders for your form and you'll crush that pole; you'll need to go up like 1 foot or 20lbs.

What operating system is her brain running on??!! Dude she made sure to stand the pole up straight and then execute the jump??!!! 😳 I get got by the seal under the mustard cap every time!!!
