Just got the paperwork of my vehicle insurance renewal on Fri and it's going up again! another $38.71/ month! Laster year went up $26.88/month. Clean driving record and no claims in the 35yrs I've been driving! UGH 🤬

And, I’m old enough to remember a time when it took a lot before insurance companies wrote off your car. Now try and get them to not write off your car…. I mean, I’m not the best driver but been driving over 35yrs. 1st half of them 35, hit many, many things. No write offs. Last 10yrs, 3 (maybe 4) hits and 2 write offs. The last one truly wasn’t that bad.

Inflation numbers only confirmed the policy error made by the BOC in overeasing, but more importantly showed the complete utter stupidity put forth by the real estate industry that it was “just mortgage interest” behind inflation. oh really? Explain how we went from 1.6% headline in sep 2024 as the jumbo cuts took place to 2.9% headline now once you adjust for tax cuts. MIC contribution has fallen nearly 0.6% but headline is up over 1%!! We are only beginning to pay for tiff listening to these gaggle of fools

police can give you ticket for not having insurance but when you tell them your car is being stolen and you can track your car, instead of getting your car police tell you do not approach thief. so police working for insurance company?
