![📍@Hakkapomcr // I should’ve definitely visited here sooner, but better late than never! This Japanese spot near Deansgate serves up banging ramen and small plates. We went for the tan tan ramen - creamy, rich, and nutty with that lovely hit of sesame; it’s like a proper comfort bowl for me. I also love that you can choose between ajitama or onsen egg for your ramen and we opted with ajitama. Besides ramen, there’s a great range of small plates and baos too. They also do some tasty rice bowls if you’re after something lighter, the sashimi on the kaisen don was super fresh. We were way too full for dessert (still gutted because it looked amazing), but the sake made up for it - the black tea one especially was such a treat. Just the right touch of sweetness to end the meal.
