Coat again in the dry flour mixture (for a double coat and extra crispiness). 	5.	Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. 	6.	Fry the chicken strips until golden brown and crispy. 	7.	Remove and drain on paper towels. Dip Sauce Ingredients: 	•	Mayonnaise – 6–7 tbsp 	•	Sriracha sauce – 1 tbsp 	•	Mustard sauce – 1 tsp 	•	Ketchup – 3 tbsp 	•	Salt – a pinch 	•	Oregano – a pinch 	•	Black pepper – a pinch 	•	Lemon juice – ½ lemon Method: 	1.	Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. 	2.	Mix well until smooth. Serve the hot, crispy chicken tenders with the dip sauce.
