Unfortunately there’s a group of BP that see any form of black evolution as “whitewashed” or “respectability politics”. And that’s from their own trauma they need to work on. Do not limit yourself

I thought it was all about a “movement” to encourage the youth into developing a more professional mindset both in appearance and in their careers. That by taking on the role to have a more a-line fashion that represents and encourages a lifestyle and education/career that supports it. I didn’t realize it was focused on black vs white when it comes to relatability as much as promoting it among the youth in our society 🤷🏼‍♀️….
