His argument presumes filing for divorce is the breach of the contract. I argue filing for divorce is simply enforcing the contract and seeking damages for the breach that already occurred through lying, cheating, manipulation, laziness, entitlement, etc.

No regard for what women do in a marriage, especially if children are involved. Women sacriricr their careers so the children can be taken care of and then you want to woman to get nothing? No regard for how she helps raise your children and let you have your career or improve it. It is both partners money

keep everything separate... 3 accounts... his, hers, mutual... what hers is hers, what his is his, and pay joint things equally through the joint account. when divorce happens, because it will, the only dividend 50/50 is the joint account because you contributed equally.

They just want you to tolerate the guy no matter what. 🙄 Dude: the woman is legally entitled to half of everything earned during the life of the marriage. It’s a financial contract. But I don’t want half, I want it all. And when I’m traveling in a fair amount of luxury, you going to hate me for that? You should. You should hate me twice as much compared to the mere half I’d get for divorcing him. 🙄

She probably paid bills, was the supply chain manager, cooked, cleaned, birthed children, did most of the care for children, and kept the family on track. That’s a lot of contribution. Of course she should be compensated. Same for men.
