I know this may be something drastic but is there a reason you don’t want TPN? Don’t answer if your not comfortable but I know a lot of patients who this has help with between the nausea and just helping their stomach feeling better, and help make sure you get all the nutrients you need

You can get split sponges for your tube it’s easier than cutting them ! Covid definitely made me eat less and I can’t imagine after surgery so strong ! I hope this is a smooth recovery for you
