it’s insane to me how hard cps is on families who do not need their help yet don’t do shit for the families that do need their help. my bd showed up after talking ab offing himself a i called the cops so they opened a cps case on him and they made me go thru it too cus i have the child?? i was like his own issues aint my problem i had an RO in order already there was literally nothing more they could’ve helped me with, yet i know people who literally do rugs around their kids or moms who allows addict fathers to live in their home or around their kids, dcf comes takes a look and leaves. it’s actually foul.

CPS knew my parents did drugs and didn’t care. They’d literally drive high with us, forget us at school, neglect us, etc. My mom literally died with my younger siblings in her care. I only got away at 18 because I moved in with my bf at the time. The government does not know how to do its job here in America…

To be fair, I have SARCASTICALLY said things like that when people knock on out front door. I definitely wouldn't say that in front of actual officers/social workers though lmao

I can see why 🤣 some kids have a twisted sense of humor (like mine) but also brutally honest with no filter at times calling parents out on harmful behaviors.

listen my poor mother got full on death stares for weeks bc I broke my nose when I was little and had raccoon eyes. they all thought she beat me. only reason cps didn't show up was cause she worked next to them at the parole office 😭

when I was 4 and the cops came to my door I proceeded to tell them that there was dead mice in the basement...... my dad went back to jail that day ( he had just gotten out 2 days prior 😭) 😂🙃

My sister and I would pretend as kids to cry in the cart and beg our mom not to put us in the closet again if we were good. We were hysterically crying. The looks my mom got. Especially cuz she was laughing at us lol

some are took for no reason also ..an some cps needs to do there job the rite way my 4yr old says they took my home away like really everything came back negative an they still got my kids but I will get them back how would they real someone just up an takes there kids ..it be a different story then

The amount of sarcastic things I have said to police or around police, I should probably be in jail. I took my 1/2 brother to a restaurant and when the police officer came in to eat, walked right past us. I said “I don’t normally go out to eat with minors” he laughed once he found out he was my brother.
