I'm on cromolyn and xolair. Make sure to not eat anything 30 minutes before taking cromolyn and don't eat or drink anything for 15 minutes after taking it. Each dose (2 ampules) is good for 6 hours.

over a year on cromolyn, I rip them from the bottom and hold the lid/top with my fingers so they dont pop open accidentally
