Literally the only difference between C#minor and F# minor is the D is sharp in C#minor. So as long as the pads don’t have a chord with a D in it then it works

I could be tripping. there are scales that share the same notes but in different order. but if you're using the notes that are within the scale of the entire song not just the motif why can't you use non-conflicting notes?

also bro lets talk about how yall gatekeeping yall beats putting em in 435 hz or 425 allat bullshit instead of 440. cause if you record on bandlab or anything you cant adjust the hz so basically they beat is in a key between the keys available to you so it makes it impossible to be on key.
