Shout out to all the unappreciated hardworking individuals who Kellogg will hire into complete chaos. Regardless of your experience, you’ll likely be “supervised” by an incompetent 18 year old. You’ll be fired (even on your birthday) if you’re too experienced, genuinely love working with guest & go out of your way to work hard. These supervisors are very threatened if you introduce yourself to the owners (like an adult should), especially if they are in as guests & you see that one of them has been sitting without a drink & you ask if you can get them anything. ASK ME HOW I KNOW? @100 Kellogg Lane
