I never made fruit cake with baileys. i will definitely try it. It looks good and moist. i nirmally soak my fruits in rum. Did you add brow. sugar.😂

I make this all the time, you can add nuts or coconut or ground almonds, never fails and so simple 👍👍

For those that like to be awkward and ask questions, I’ve done this with fruit juice and gluten free flour and cooked it in the oven. Even done it as half the mixture and it works perfectly lol

Ross ps I’m a disabled man I live on my own with no family or friends please don’t ever stop doing your posts.
