@medical8220: Severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR) is a heart condition where the tricuspid valve doesn't close properly, causing blood to leak backward into the right atrium. This can lead to symptoms of right-sided heart failure, such as fatigue, shortness of breath, swelling in the legs, abdomen, or neck, and a fluttering or pounding in the neck. Without treatment, severe TR can worsen, leading to heart failure and other serious conditions.
