Never happened to me ever ! I literally have to mentally stop myself from eating . Only benefit of glp1 was reduction of inflammation and pain which far outweigh the other for me.

Today was shot day. Number 41 to be precise and oof for “dinner” I wanted to make sure to eat at least something. I had 7 cubes of cheese and a quarter cup of chicken 😂 I almost puked I’m so full. I need to not push it next time.
