I wonder if this can be done in a public place. Like can your biofield be downloaded (think RFID chip scanners but for people) could you get recorded/downloaded at like a protest full of people or a concert. Could you like create target psyops on random people to create an “untraceable” pattern of madness (random acts of violence, etc.) I want to know what is the ultimate application/reason for this type of tech. I can’t see this being therapeutic, however it’s seems like a high level memetic weaponry system…..allegedly.
